Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef, very lean
  • 3 tablespoons water


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 175°F (80°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix ground beef and water in a bowl until well combined.
  • Form small, flat pieces on the baking sheet, about 1/4 inch thick. Use cookie cutters for fun shapes if desired.
  • Bake for 4 hours, checking occasionally until jerky is dry and chewy.
  • Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
