- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium butternut squash (about 3 pounds, peeled and cubed into ¾" pieces)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and brown sugar.
- Drizzle olive oil over cubed butternut squash in a large bowl; toss to coat well.
- Sprinkle the spice mixture over the squash; mix until evenly coated.
- Preheat air fryer to 400℉ (200℃) and air fry half the seasoned squash for about 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Repeat with the remaining squash and serve warm.
Notes
For even cooking, cut squash into uniform cubes.
Try marinating the squash with oil and seasoning for 30 minutes for enhanced flavor.
