- 4 chicken leg quarters

- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon base – i like to use better than bouillon, roasted chicken flavor
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, chicken bouillon, pepper, onion powder, and chili powder until well mixed.
- Place chicken quarters in a large zip-lock bag or shallow dish, then pour the marinade over, ensuring each piece is well coated.
- Marinate for at least one hour, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the air fryer to 385°F.
- Remove chicken from marinade and place skin side down in the basket. Brush with some marinade mixture and cook for 15 minutes.
- Flip chicken over, lightly spray tops with cooking spray, and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes.
- Check the internal temperature, ensuring it reaches 165°F. Sprinkle with coarse salt and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
