Description

These air fryer feta rolls feature crispy layers of phyllo dough wrapped around creamy feta cheese, drizzled with honey for a delightful treat. Perfect for a quick dinner or a savory snack!


Ingredients

  • 32 sheets of frozen phyllo dough, thawed
  • 8 oz. block of feta cheese
  • honey
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup crushed pistachios


Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 390°F.
  • Pat the block of feta cheese dry with a paper towel and slice it into six equal logs.
  • Lay one sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface and lightly brush it with olive oil. Layer another sheet on top, brush again, and repeat until you have four layers of phyllo.
  • Place one feta log at the bottom edge of the layered phyllo sheets. Drizzle with a touch of honey, then roll the dough over the feta twice. Fold in the sides to seal, then continue rolling until completely wrapped. Brush the outside with more olive oil.
  • Repeat with the remaining feta logs to make six rolls.
  • Place three rolls in the air fryer basket and cook for 5–8 minutes, or until crisp and golden brown.
  • Transfer the cooked rolls to a serving platter, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with sesame seeds and crushed pistachios.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Adjust the amount of honey to suit your taste preference.
If you have leftover phyllo, consider making additional rolls or other fillings.
For extra flavor, try adding herbs or spices to the filling.
