Ingredients
Scale
- 14 ounces smoked kielbasa sausage (sliced into ½” thick rounds)
- 16 jar sauerkraut (well drained)
- 1 tbsp packed light brown sugar (or more, to taste)
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper (or to taste)
Instructions

- In a mixing bowl, combine the drained sauerkraut, light brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper until well mixed. Add this mixture to the air fryer with the kielbasa, keeping the sausage near the top.

Notes
Ensure the sauerkraut is well drained to prevent excess moisture.
Experiment with additional seasonings to customize the flavor to your liking.
