Description

These air fryer pork chops are quick to prepare, bursting with flavor, and offer a delightful crispy outside with a tender inside. Perfect for a busy weeknight or a cozy family dinner!


Ingredients

  • Brown Sugar
  • Paprika (Sweet or Smoked)
  • Garlic Powder
  • Dried Thyme
  • Salt
  • Onion Powder
  • Black Pepper
  • Pork Chops
  • Olive Oil


Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F; pat pork chops dry.
  • Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, thyme, salt, onion powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
  • Rub olive oil on both sides of pork chops.
  • Generously apply spice mix to the pork chops.
  • Arrange in basket of the air fryer in a single layer.
  • For boneless chops, cook for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 3-7 minutes until internal temp reaches 145°F.
  • For bone-in chops, cook 5 minutes, flip, then cook for 6-10 more minutes.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use a meat thermometer to ensure pork chops are cooked to an internal temperature of 145°F.
For more flavor, marinate pork chops in the seasoning and olive oil before cooking.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
