- Brown Sugar

- Garlic Powder
- Dried Thyme
- Salt
- Onion Powder
- Black Pepper
- Pork Chops
- Olive Oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F; pat pork chops dry.
- Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, thyme, salt, onion powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Rub olive oil on both sides of pork chops.
- Generously apply spice mix to the pork chops.
- Arrange in basket of the air fryer in a single layer.
- For boneless chops, cook for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 3-7 minutes until internal temp reaches 145°F.
- For bone-in chops, cook 5 minutes, flip, then cook for 6-10 more minutes.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use a meat thermometer to ensure pork chops are cooked to an internal temperature of 145°F.
For more flavor, marinate pork chops in the seasoning and olive oil before cooking.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
