Description

Ingredients

  • 8 6-inch corn tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt, adjust to taste


Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
  • Brush each side of the tortillas with avocado oil. Stack them up and cut into quarters to create 32 triangles.
  • Place the triangles in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overcrowd them. Sprinkle with kosher salt.
  • Air fry the chips at 350°F for 5-6 minutes. Start checking them at 5 minutes; they should have a golden brown color around the edges. If not, continue checking every minute until they reach the desired doneness.
  • Once done, transfer the chips onto a wire rack to cool completely. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
