Description

Bang Bang Salmon Bites are packed with delightful flavors, featuring fresh salmon combined with a spicy sauce that’s easy to prepare. Perfect for a quick dinner or as an appetizer, this dish promises to impress with its taste and simplicity.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 pound salmon, cubed
  • salt and black pepper to season
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 sprigs cilantro, roughly chopped


Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sriracha, chili sauce, honey, and vinegar until well combined.
  • Season the cubed salmon with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat.
  • Add the seasoned salmon to the pan and cook for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Once cooked, transfer the salmon to a serving plate and top each piece with the prepared sauce and a sprinkle of chopped cilantro.

Notes

Adjust the spiciness of the sauce by changing the amount of sriracha to taste.
For a healthier option, use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
