- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

- 1 pound salmon, cubed
- salt and black pepper to season
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 6 sprigs cilantro, roughly chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sriracha, chili sauce, honey, and vinegar until well combined.
- Season the cubed salmon with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat.
- Add the seasoned salmon to the pan and cook for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Once cooked, transfer the salmon to a serving plate and top each piece with the prepared sauce and a sprinkle of chopped cilantro.
Notes
