- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 2 ¼ cups baking mix (bisquick)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon fresh parsley (optional)
- 3 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a standing mixer, combine the ground sausage, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, baking mix, garlic powder, and milk. Reserve some parsley for garnish.
- Using spoons or an ice cream scoop, form 1 inch balls from the mixture and place them on the lined baking sheet.
- Bake the sausage balls for 30 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm with ranch or BBQ sauce.
