Description

Cream Cheese Sausage Balls combine delicious ground sausage and creamy cheese for an irresistible appetizer. Quick to prepare, they make a perfect snack for parties or gatherings!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground breakfast sausage
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 2 ¼ cups baking mix (bisquick)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon fresh parsley (optional)
  • 3 tablespoons milk


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a standing mixer, combine the ground sausage, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, baking mix, garlic powder, and milk. Reserve some parsley for garnish.
  • Using spoons or an ice cream scoop, form 1 inch balls from the mixture and place them on the lined baking sheet.
