Description

Bubble Pizza combines the comforting flavors of pizza with an easy-to-make biscuit crust. This quick and tasty dish features molten mozzarella, savory pepperoni, and Italian seasoning, making it a delightful choice for a family dinner or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (16.3 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 jar (8 ounces) pizza sauce
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese , shredded
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese , grated
  • ½ cup quartered pepperoni , plus more for top, if desired


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 9×9 square baking dish.
  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut each biscuit into 4 pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine pizza sauce and Italian seasoning; stir well.
  4. Add the biscuit pieces, 1 cup mozzarella, and pepperoni; mix until biscuits are coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella, parmesan, and additional pepperoni on top.
