- 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded
- ¼ cup buffalo sauce
- ½ cup cream cheese
- 2 teaspoon ranch seasoning
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 green onion chopped
- 10 small corn tortillas
- oil spray
- ranch dressing for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, and chopped green onion. Stir until well mixed.
- Take about ¼ cup of the chicken mixture and place it on each corn tortilla. Roll the tortillas tightly and position them seam-side down on the baking sheet. Spray or brush with oil.
- Bake for 10 minutes, turning the taquitos halfway through the cooking time.
- Before serving, drizzle more buffalo sauce and ranch dressing on top.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or less buffalo sauce.
These taquitos can be frozen before baking for a quick meal later.
