Description

Bunny Bait Trail Mix boasts an irresistible flavor with a medley of crunchy cereals, sweet chocolate, and vibrant M&M’s. Perfect for a quick snack or a festive gathering, it’s a delightful mix everyone will love!


Ingredients

  • 3 cups rice chex cereal
  • 2 cups honey nut cheerios
  • 2 cups kettle corn
  • 1 cup crispy chow mein noodles
  • 1 bag (11 oz) white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup bunny graham crackers
  • 1 cup pastel easter m&m's
  • 1-2 tablespoons easter or pastel colored sprinkles


Instructions

  1. Prepare a large baking sheet (12"x18") by lining it with parchment or wax paper and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine rice Chex cereal, Honey Nut Cheerios, kettle corn, and chow mein noodles, stirring well.
  3. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl for 1 minute, stirring well. Continue heating in 30-second increments until smooth, being careful not to overheat.
  4. Pour the melted white chocolate over the cereal mix and gently stir until everything is well combined.
  5. Spread the mix evenly on the prepared baking sheet and let it cool at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  6. Once hardened, break up the mix into pieces and transfer to a large mixing bowl or serving bowl.
  7. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top and gently mix until evenly coated.
  8. Add bunny graham crackers, M&M's, and sprinkles, stirring gently to combine ingredients. Garnish with extra M&M's or sprinkles for decoration.
