Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 2 Tablespoons Finely Minced Dill Pickles
  • 1 Tablespoon Dill Pickle Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/8-1/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/8-1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, including mayonnaise, ketchup, minced pickles, pickle juice, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Whisk the mixture until smooth and well-blended.
  3. Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning if necessary, adding more Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, or pepper as desired.
  4. Serve the burger sauce on burgers, as a fry dip, or alongside crispy chicken. Store any leftover sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
