Ingredients
- Nutter Butter Cookies (16 oz)
- Cream Cheese (8 oz, softened)
- Fun-Size Butterfinger Candy Bars (10)
- Milk Chocolate Chips (16 oz, melted)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Crush the Nutter Butter cookies in a food processor until fine and transfer to a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, soften and cream the cream cheese until smooth, then mix it with the crushed cookies until combined.
- Crush the Butterfinger bars and add them to the mixture, mixing well.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until firm.
- Melt the milk chocolate chips in the microwave until smooth.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated, and place them back on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle crushed Butterfinger on top of each truffle while the chocolate is still wet.
- Return the truffles to the refrigerator to let the chocolate firm up for about another 30 minutes.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is softened for easier mixing.
Chill the truffles adequately to hold their shape when coated in chocolate.
