Description

The Caramel deLites Apple Salad is a delightful blend of flavors with granny smith apples, creamy yogurt, and chocolate chips, all coming together in a jar. Perfect for a quick, healthy snack or dessert. Easy to make and sure to please!


Ingredients

  • 1 granny smith apples, chopped into small chunks
  • ⅓ cup plain skyr or greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon all-natural maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 3 dates, pitted and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter


Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a large mason jar.
  2. Shake until all ingredients are coated.
  3. Top with any additional toppings and enjoy.

Notes

Feel free to add other toppings like nuts or seeds for extra crunch.
