Description

This Cheesesteak Skillet brings together tender rib eye steak, colorful bell peppers, and gooey cheese for a quick and hearty meal that captures classic flavors with ease.


Ingredients

  • Rib Eye Steak
  • Kosher Salt
  • Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
  • Mushrooms
  • Yellow Onion
  • Bell Peppers
  • Garlic
  • Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Green Onions
  • Hoagie Rolls


Instructions

  • Season the thinly sliced steak with salt and pepper.
  • Cook quartered mushrooms in a skillet until golden brown.
  • Sauté onions and bell peppers until slightly tender.
  • Brown the steak in small batches until nicely seared.
  • Add minced garlic to the skillet and stir until fragrant.
  • Combine cooked steak and vegetables in the skillet.

Notes

Use different steak cuts like skirt or flank if preferred.
