This Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread combines golden brown bread, creamy Alfredo sauce, juicy chicken, and cheesy goodness. It’s a quick and satisfying meal perfect for any gathering!

- 1 1/2 lbs chicken, cooked and chopped
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt and black pepper
- 8 tbsp butter, divided
- 9 cloves garlic, minced
- 15 oz Alfredo sauce
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 loaf French bread, sliced horizontally
- 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Slice French bread horizontally, keeping halves intact.
- Mix 5 tbsp melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley; brush onto bread.
- Toast bread in oven for 4–5 minutes until golden.
- Heat Alfredo sauce, remaining butter, Parmesan, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a saucepan until warm.
- Spread half of the Alfredo sauce on toasted bread, add chicken and mozzarella, then top with remaining sauce.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool slightly before slicing into pieces.
Notes
Rotisserie chicken can be used for convenience.
For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes before baking.
Use gluten-free bread and Alfredo sauce for a gluten-free option.
