Description

This Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread combines golden brown bread, creamy Alfredo sauce, juicy chicken, and cheesy goodness. It’s a quick and satisfying meal perfect for any gathering!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 lbs chicken, cooked and chopped
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt and black pepper
  • 8 tbsp butter, divided
  • 9 cloves garlic, minced
  • 15 oz Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 loaf French bread, sliced horizontally
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Slice French bread horizontally, keeping halves intact.
  • Mix 5 tbsp melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley; brush onto bread.
  • Toast bread in oven for 4–5 minutes until golden.
  • Heat Alfredo sauce, remaining butter, Parmesan, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a saucepan until warm.
  • Spread half of the Alfredo sauce on toasted bread, add chicken and mozzarella, then top with remaining sauce.
  • Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Let cool slightly before slicing into pieces.

Notes

Rotisserie chicken can be used for convenience.
For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes before baking.
Use gluten-free bread and Alfredo sauce for a gluten-free option.
