- 1 1/2 lbs chicken, cooked and chopped
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 8 tbsp butter, divided
- 9 cloves garlic, minced, divided
- 15 oz Alfredo sauce
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 loaf French bread, sliced horizontally
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the French bread horizontally and brush with a mixture of 5 tbsp melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley.
- Toast the bread for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- In a saucepan, warm Alfredo sauce and mix in remaining butter, Parmesan, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread half of the Alfredo sauce on the toasted bread, layer with chicken, and then top with remaining sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Use rotisserie chicken for a quick and easy option.
