Description

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. dry chicken stuffing mix
  • 3 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 12 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • 3 tbsp butter


Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a casserole dish.
  • Prepare the dry stuffing mix according to package instructions.
  • Layer shredded chicken in the bottom of the greased casserole dish.
  • Evenly add mixed vegetables on top of the chicken, then season with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
  • Whisk together cream of chicken soup and milk in a bowl; pour over the vegetable layer.
  • Spoon the prepared stuffing over the casserole, covering it evenly.
  • Drizzle melted butter over the stuffing.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes until the top is golden and crispy.
