- 2/3 cup crisco, butter flavored
- 2/3 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 2 1/2 cups hersey's milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together Crisco, softened butter, sugars, eggs, baking soda, salt, and vanilla.
- Add in the flour and mix until well combined.
- Mix in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop 1 1/2 tbsp size cookie dough balls and place onto prepared baking sheet, leaving room between the cookies.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Notes
For added texture, chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking.
