- 33 oreo cookies left whole
- ½ cup butter unsalted, melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 3.4-oz bags chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups milk cold
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- ⅓ cup chocolate sauce use your favorite store brand
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine or place in a zip bag and crush with a rolling pin. Transfer crumbs to a bowl.
- Melt the butter and mix with the crumbs to achieve a wet sand texture. Press this mixture into a 9×13 inch pan and refrigerate.
- Place chocolate chips in a bowl, pour warm cream over them, and whisk until smooth. Cool the ganache.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar on low until combined, then high until smooth. Mix in vanilla, lemon juice, and heavy cream, beating until thick. Spread over crust.
- Spoon ganache over the cream cheese layer, smoothing it out, and refrigerate.
- In a bowl, mix pudding mix with cold milk until thick, then spread over the ganache layer. Refrigerate again.
- Whip heavy cream and vanilla on high until soft peaks form, then slowly add powdered sugar and whip until stiff peaks form. Spread over pudding layer.
- Chill for at least 3 hours or overnight. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and add curls before serving.
