Ingredients

  • Salami slices (100g)
  • Spiced or herbed salami slices (100g)
  • Mild cheddar cheese (150g)
  • White cheese (150g)
  • Semi-soft cheese (150g)
  • Green and red grapes (1 cup each)
  • Pomegranate seeds (¼ cup)
  • Dried cranberries or dark cherries (¼ cup)
  • Marcona almonds (½ cup)
  • Roasted pecans (½ cup)
  • Roasted almonds (½ cup)
  • Walnuts (¼ cup)
  • Small round crackers or crostini (½ cup)
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs
  • Pine nuts (2 tsp, optional)
  • Crushed red pepper flakes (1 tsp, optional)
  • Grated parmesan cheese or shredded coconut (¼ cup)


Instructions

  • Prepare a wooden or marble board on a spacious surface.
  • Arrange green and red grapes on opposite sides of the board on the stem.
  • Fan out the sliced cheeses in the center for texture and height.
  • Create small piles of salami near the cheeses for visual appeal.
  • Nestle small bowls of dried fruits and scatter nuts around the board.
  • Craft a rosemary tree for decoration and sprinkle pine nuts and red pepper flakes on it.
