- 8 pretzel sticks
- 16 ounces white or cream cheese icing
- Green food coloring

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll each cinnamon roll and shape the dough into a triangle.
- Insert a pretzel stick through the bottom of each shaped roll for trunk support.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and fragrant.
- Cool slightly, mix green food coloring into icing, then decorate the rolls with icing and sprinkles.
