These Cocoa Krispie Bird Nest Cookies are a fun and easy treat made with melted marshmallows and crispy cereal. Perfect for gatherings or a sweet snack, they are irresistible with the added Cadbury Mini Eggs on top.

- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 (10 oz) bag marshmallows
- 6 cups cocoa krispies cereal
- cadbury mini eggs
Instructions
- Spray a muffin pan with non-stick spray and set aside.
- Melt butter in a large microwave-safe bowl.
- Add marshmallows to the bowl and stir until combined.
- Microwave the mixture for 45 seconds, then remove and stir.
- Return to the microwave and heat for another 45 seconds until melted.
- Stir the mixture again until smooth.
- Add cocoa krispies to the melted marshmallows and mix until fully coated.
- Evenly distribute the mixture into 12 cups of the muffin pan, pressing down firmly to create a nest shape.
- Top each nest with Cadbury Mini Eggs.
Notes
Make sure to press the mixture down firmly to hold its shape while cooling.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container to maintain crunchiness.
Feel free to use different kinds of candy for decoration if you prefer.
