Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375˚F.
- Process the cottage cheese in a mini food processor until smooth, then let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Add the large egg to the cottage cheese and blend until light and fluffy.
- In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix the blended cottage cheese with the dry ingredients until a rough dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface, shape it into a ball, and divide into 6 pieces.
- Roll each piece into a long rope and form into a ring, pinching the ends together.
- Place the formed bagels on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Beat the egg white with water, brush over the bagels, and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes until the bagels are golden brown.
