Description
These cranberry brie bites feature warm pastry, creamy brie cheese, and tart cranberry sauce. Perfect for gatherings, they are easy to make and always impress!

- 1 (8 oz) tube crescent roll
- 4 oz brie cheese
- 1/2 cup whole cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 spring rosemary, finely chopped
- Orange zest from 1 orange
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Slice brie cheese into small pieces and place on each triangle.
- Add a spoonful of cranberry sauce, chopped pecans, rosemary, and orange zest on top of brie.
- Fold the triangle over the filling, seal edges, and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 hours or in the fridge for 3 days.
Freeze leftovers for up to 3 months and reheat at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes.
If using puff pastry, adjust the baking time as needed.
