- 2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup butter, softened

- 12 oz fresh cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13 pan with non-stick spray and set aside.
- In a medium size bowl, beat together eggs and sugar for about 5 minutes until thickened and light in color.
- Beat in softened butter and vanilla for an additional 2 minutes.
- Mix in flour until just combined.
- Fold in fresh cranberries.
- Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes, or until lightly browned and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Ensure the butter is softened for easier mixing.
Fresh cranberries may be substituted with frozen, but ensure they are thawed and drained before mixing.
Check for doneness using a toothpick inserted in the center.
