- 10 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1½ ounce vodka
- 1 ounce cranberry juice
- ¼-½ ounce thyme syrup
- ½ ounce triple sec
- ½ ounce lemon juice
- 3 whole fresh cranberries for garnish
- 5 sprigs thyme for garnish
Instructions
- Combine thyme, sugar, and water in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir until the sugar dissolves, about 5 minutes. Do not allow it to boil.
- Remove from heat and let it rest for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Strain and discard the thyme. Alternatively, leave the thyme in for a stronger flavor.
- Allow the mixture to cool completely, then store in a mason jar for up to 2 weeks.

Feel free to experiment with the amount of thyme syrup for your desired sweetness.
