Instructions

  • Season the pork chops with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear pork chops for 4 minutes on each side.
  • Remove pork chops and set aside.
  • Sauté sliced mushrooms in the same skillet with butter for about 5 minutes.
