Description

This Creamy Coleslaw features a blend of crunchy coleslaw mix and green onions, all tossed in a rich dressing of mayonnaise and apple cider vinegar. Perfect for a quick side dish at any meal or barbecue, it’s adored for its simple preparation and refreshing taste.

  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 3/4 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the coleslaw mix with sliced green onions and toss briefly.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, celery seeds, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mixture and toss everything until well coated.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend and the cabbage to soften.
