Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 chopped green onion for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in the Crock Pot.
  2. Cover the lid and set the heat to HIGH, timing it for 1 hour.
  3. Every 10-15 minutes, stir the ingredients until the cheese is fully melted.
  4. Taste the dip and adjust with more salt or red pepper if desired.
  5. Garnish with the chopped green onion before serving.
  6. Serve the warm dip with pretzels, kettle chips, grilled sausages, or veggies.
