Description

Enjoy these homemade crockpot peanut clusters, a delightful mix of chocolate and peanuts. They’re simple to make and perfect for sharing at any gathering or as a cozy snack at home.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 32 ounces lightly salted peanuts
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 12 ounces milk chocolate chips
  • 12 ounces peanut butter chips
  • 12 ounces white almond bark
  • 1-2 tablespoons sea salt for garnish

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Layer peanuts, semi-sweet, milk chocolate, peanut butter chips, and almond bark in the crockpot.
  • Cook on low for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
  • Stir well to combine once melted.
  • Scoop dollops onto the baking sheet to form clusters.
  • Sprinkle with sea salt just before setting.
  • Refrigerate for 20 minutes to harden.

Notes

Use unsalted peanuts for a less salty flavor but adjust added salt accordingly.
Store in an airtight container for up to a week at room temperature, or refrigerate for up to two weeks.
Feel free to experiment with different nuts for varied flavors.
