Description
These Easter Pudding Cups combine creamy white chocolate pudding, colorful layers, and vibrant toppings. They’re easy to prepare and perfect for spring gatherings and festive occasions.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 (3.3 ounce) box instant white chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups cold whole milk
- food coloring blue, yellow, pink, green
- 1 1/2 cups golden oreo crumbs
- 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 6 peeps bunnies
- 1/2 cup mini eggs
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened.
- Divide the pudding evenly among 3 bowls. Tint each with a few drops of food coloring—one blue, one yellow, one pink. Stir until smooth.
- Start with a spoonful of golden Oreo crumbs at the bottom of each cup. Alternate spoonfuls of the colored pudding and Oreo crumbs to create layers, repeating until the cups are almost full, leaving a little space on top.
- Place shredded coconut and a couple drops of green food coloring in a zip-top bag. Seal and shake until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the green coconut on top of each cup.
- Add a Peeps bunny and a few mini eggs to decorate each cup.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Ensure the pudding is thick before layering, as it helps maintain the structure of the cups.
Experiment with different colors using various food colorings to create unique designs.
These cups can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
