This Easy Garlic Parmesan Ramen fills your bowl with creamy garlic and cheesy goodness in just 10 minutes. Perfect for a quick meal or cozy dinner!
Ingredients

- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 3 cloves of fresh garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional)
- ½ cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of reserved pasta water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Bring a medium pot of water to boil and cook the ramen noodles for about 3 minutes until tender. Drain and reserve 2 tablespoons of pasta water.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, and stir for about 30 seconds without burning the garlic.
- Add the cooked noodles and reserved pasta water into the skillet, tossing to coat the noodles in the buttery garlic sauce.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined with the noodles.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
To revitalize leftover ramen, add a splash of water or broth while reheating on the stovetop.
