Description

Eggnog Fudge is a creamy, rich treat that blends the flavors of eggnog, white chocolate, and nutmeg, making it perfect for holiday gatherings or sweet gifts.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ¾ cup eggnog
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 12 ounces white baker's chocolate
  • 2 cups marshmallow crème
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg, divided


Instructions

  • Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper and spray lightly with cooking spray.
  • In a heavy saucepan, combine butter, eggnog, and sugar, and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Stir continuously until it reaches 234°F.
  • Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate until melted and smooth.
  • Fold in marshmallow crème until fully combined.
  • Add vanilla extract and ½ teaspoon of nutmeg. Mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and sprinkle remaining nutmeg on top. Chill for at least 4 hours to set.

Notes

Use high-quality white chocolate for the best flavor.
