- 1 cup strawberry jam
- 1 cup powdered sugar

- 1 tablespoon strawberry jam
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- In a food processor, pulse flour, salt, and sugar.
- Add cold butter, pulse until coarse crumbs form.
- Drizzle in cold water until dough clumps together.
- Shape the dough into a disk and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 425°F and roll out dough to a rectangle.
- Cut into eight 3.5×5 inch rectangles.
- Spoon jam onto half of the rectangles, brush edges with water, and seal with tops.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool and drizzle with glaze made from powdered sugar, milk, and jam.
