Description

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces gin
  • 1 ounce lillet blanc
  • 1/2 ounce elderflower liqueur
  • 2 ounces fresh grapefruit juice
  • 2 dashes lemon bitters
  • Ice
  • Grapefruit twist or slice
  • Fresh lemon wheel
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary sprig, optional


Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add gin, Lillet Blanc, elderflower liqueur, grapefruit juice, and lemon bitters to the shaker.
  3. Shake well until the outside of the shaker feels cold, approximately 15 seconds.
  4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass or serve over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
  5. Garnish with a grapefruit twist, lemon wheel, or fresh herb sprig if desired.
  6. Serve immediately.
