Description

These Fudge Bars are a delightful treat with a simple prep that combines the rich flavors of chocolate and peanuts. Perfect for gatherings or as a sweet indulgence after meals!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup roasted peanuts, salted
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 14 oz.
  • 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 °F.
  • In a food processor, pulse together the graham crackers and peanuts until they resemble a crumbly sand texture.
  • Add the cinnamon and melted butter to the mixture and pulse again until combined.
  • Press the crust mixture firmly into an 8×8 baking dish lined with parchment paper, allowing some paper to hang over the sides.
  • Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until it starts to brown lightly. The crust will firm up as it cools in the fridge.

Notes

For easier removal, let the bars cool completely before lifting them out using the parchment paper.
Feel free to add nuts or dried fruits to customize your fudge bars.
After baking, allow the bars to chill in the fridge for a firmer texture.
