Description

This Green Power Smoothie is not only easy to make but also bursting with flavor! Combining fresh spinach, apple, banana, and yogurt, it’s the perfect quick meal or snack for those seeking healthy yet delicious options.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 handful of fresh spinach or kale
  • 1 small apple cored and chopped
  • 1 banana fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice optional, for brightness
  • ice cubes optional, for thickness

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.
  3. Taste and adjust – add more lemon if you prefer it brighter, or more milk if it's too thick.
  4. Pour into a tall glass and sip.

Notes

Feel free to use frozen fruits for a chillier smoothie.
Adjust sweetness by adding honey or maple syrup if desired.
