- 3.4 ounces box instant chocolate pudding mix
- ½ cup salted butter (melted)
- 1 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 32 ounce store-bought cream cheese frosting
- Green gel food coloring
- 8 ounces white chocolate chips
- 1-2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Red heart candy sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line cupcake tin with festive liners.
- In a bowl, mix red velvet cake mix, chocolate pudding, melted butter, milk, and eggs on medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full with batter and bake for 15 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely before frosting.
- Mix cream cheese frosting with green gel food coloring until evenly colored.
- Pipe green frosting onto each cooled cupcake and invert them briefly to spread evenly.
- Freeze cupcakes for 15 minutes to set frosting.
- Melt white chocolate chips and oil, then drizzle over cupcakes and add red heart sprinkles before it sets.
