- 6 large eggs

- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

- 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Slice croissants in half and cut into large chunks. Layer in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle diced ham and shredded cheese evenly over the croissants.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the egg mixture over the croissant layers, pressing down gently to soak up the liquid.
- Bake uncovered for 35 to 45 minutes until golden brown and set in the center.
