These heart shaped Valentine’S Day Pop Tarts are a delightful blend of flaky crust, sweet strawberry filling, and delightful icing. A simple and delicious treat to share with loved ones.

- 1 box pillsbury store bought pre-made pie crusts
- strawberry fruit spread
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tbsp milk
- valentine sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Let the two pre-made pie crusts reach room temperature. Unroll one crust and use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut out as many hearts as possible.
- Transfer the heart shapes to the prepared baking sheet.
- Spoon strawberry fruit spread into the center of each heart, ensuring it doesn't reach the edges for sealing.
- Use the heart-shaped cookie cutter on the second crust to cut out an equal number of hearts, placing them over the filled hearts. Seal the edges using a fork.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
- Prepare icing by mixing powdered sugar and milk to the desired consistency.
- Spoon icing onto the centers of the pop tarts and gently spread it, avoiding the fork marks.
- Let the icing sit briefly, then sprinkle valentine sprinkles on top.
Notes
For the best results, make sure the pie crusts are at room temperature before cutting.
Adjust the icing consistency by adding more powdered sugar or milk as needed.
