Ingredients

Scale
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 4 oz unsweetened baking chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

Instructions

  • Prepare a 9-inch loaf pan or an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper on the bottom.
  • Place chocolate chips and baking chocolate in a large microwave-safe bowl.
  • Melt for 1 minute, then stir.
  • Melt for an additional 30 seconds, then stir. Repeat until fully melted, ensuring not to burn the mixture.
  • Once melted, stir in condensed milk and vanilla until smooth. The mixture will thicken.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
  • Let the fudge set in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  • Cut and serve.

Notes

Ensure to stir the mixture frequently while melting to prevent burning.
You can add nuts or other mix-ins for extra flavor.
