- 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 4 oz unsweetened baking chocolate
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
Instructions
- Prepare a 9-inch loaf pan or an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper on the bottom.
- Place chocolate chips and baking chocolate in a large microwave-safe bowl.
- Melt for 1 minute, then stir.
- Melt for an additional 30 seconds, then stir. Repeat until fully melted, ensuring not to burn the mixture.
- Once melted, stir in condensed milk and vanilla until smooth. The mixture will thicken.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
- Let the fudge set in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Cut and serve.
