- 6 slices cucumber
- 6 pieces black peppercorns

- 3 cups boiling water
Instructions
- Peel the lemon, removing all the white pith, and dice the fruit.
- In a large mixing bowl or pitcher, combine the lemon, cucumber slices, black peppercorns, thyme, rosemary, and sage.
- Pour boiling water over the mixture and stir gently. Allow it to steep for 1 hour or until it reaches room temperature.
- Strain the mixture into an airtight glass bottle using a fine-mesh strainer, discarding the solids. Use immediately or refrigerate and consume within a week.
