Description

These Italian Sliders are a delightful combination of ham, salami, pepperoni, and provolone, all on soft Hawaiian rolls. Perfect for a quick dinner or as a party appetizer, they promise to satisfy your taste buds with their irresistible flavors and simple preparation.


Ingredients

  • 12 pk hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 6 oz ham – thinly sliced
  • 5 oz salami – thinly sliced
  • 5 oz pepperoni – thinly sliced
  • 9 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoncini
  • 1/2 cup sliced sweet cherry peppers
  • 1/2 cup butter – melted
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic – minced
  • 1 cup marinara sauce – optional dipping sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise and place the bottom half on a baking sheet or dish.
  3. Layer the ham, salami, and pepperoni on the bottom half of the rolls, using two layers for each meat.
  4. Place the provolone cheese on top of the pepperoni.
  5. Add a layer of pepperoncini and cherry peppers.
  6. Set the top buns aside.
  7. Melt the butter in a small bowl, then mix in the Italian seasoning and minced garlic.
  8. Brush the butter mixture generously over the top of the sliders, ensuring all areas are covered.
  9. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown, then serve and enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to adjust the amount of meats and cheeses based on your preferences.
These sliders are excellent for meal prep or for serving at parties.
Serve with marinara sauce for an added burst of flavor.
