Description

Jalapeno Popper Dip brings irresistible flavors to your table. With a creamy base of cheese, jalapenos, and crispy bacon, it’s a perfect appetizer or snack for gatherings!


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4-5 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (for topping)


Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream, blending until smooth and creamy.
  • Mix in the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, chopped jalapenos, sliced green onions, most of the crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture into an oven-safe baking dish and spread evenly. Top it with the reserved cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until it is hot, bubbly, and golden on top.
  • Garnish with remaining jalapeno slices, green onions, and crumbled bacon before serving.
  • Serve warm with toasted bread slices, baguette rounds, or tortilla chips.

Notes

For a spicier dip, leave some seeds in the jalapenos.
Feel free to replace bacon with a vegetarian alternative for a meatless version.
