Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup honey BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
  • 1 cup green
  • 3 sesame seed hamburger buns


Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine ground beef, garlic, ginger powder, soy sauce, and black pepper. Form into 3 patties and create a dent in each.
  • Heat a pan and sear patties for 2-4 minutes on each side until browned.
  • Transfer cooked patties to a new tray and brush with honey BBQ sauce.
  • Mix mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce, and scallions in a bowl for the sauce.
  • Assemble burgers by placing a patty on a sauced bun and topping with scallions.
