- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- ½ teaspoon corn starch

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together the parsley, salt, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and onion powder.
- Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board and cover them with plastic wrap. Use a rolling pin or small frying pan to flatten the thicker end to ensure even cooking.
