Enjoy the irresistible flavor of maple glazed sheet pan salmon! This dish features juicy salmon fillets, fresh veggies, and a sweet glaze, making it perfect for a quick, healthy dinner or a cozy meal at home.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon salt, divided
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper, divided
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • fresh rosemary or thyme for garnish (optional)
  • 1 lemon, sliced into rounds
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 1 cup asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 cup brussels sprouts, halved
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
  • Pat the salmon dry and season with half of the salt and pepper.
  • Position the salmon in the center of the sheet pan. Toss the vegetables with olive oil, the remaining salt, and pepper, then arrange them around the salmon.
  • Brush the maple glaze over the salmon. Place lemon slices on top of the salmon and among the vegetables.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and the vegetables are tender.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with herbs if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in the glaze for 30 minutes before baking.
Feel free to use your favorite seasonal vegetables in place of the ones listed.
The salmon is done when it easily flakes with a fork.
