- 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary leaves (or 1 tsp dried)
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp light-sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos
- Pomegranate seeds (for garnish)
- Additional garlic cloves (to roast alongside the turkey)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and let the turkey reach room temperature.
- Mix olive oil, garlic, sage, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper to create an herb rub.
- Rub the mixture over the turkey breast evenly for maximum flavor.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and roast for about an hour, turning halfway.
- Prepare the glaze by mixing maple syrup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce in a jug.
- After 30 minutes, brush half of the glaze over the turkey.
- After another 15 minutes, add the remaining glaze and continue roasting until the turkey reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 10 minutes before slicing, then garnish as desired and serve.
